Windows 10: Scanning and Repairing Drive stuck on 100% after update on 11/5. Audio broken and HDD...

My Dell Latitude running Windows 10 was updated overnight automatically, and when I started it this morning it got stuck in what seemed like a boot loop starting, shutting down, and restarting without showing anything on the screen. When that broke, it tried to scan the disk automatically. I did not allow it, fearing additional errors. I got the OS loaded and discovered that the audio was completely broken, the time was 4 days out of date despite being connected to the internet, and that there was a prompt telling me to restart and correct disk errors. I started a backup and uninstalled the

Resetting Windows 10 "Scanning and repairing drive C" stuck at 100%

After updating Windows 10, I've been having an issue where a game I played crashed constantly. After realizing there was no solution, I decided to reinstall Windows 10 and start from scratch.

After waiting for hours, Windows finally got to the second step. It's been stuck on "Scanning and repairing drive (C: 100% complete" for almost 5 hours. This is incredibly frustrating as I don't want to reset the computer and start all over. Is there a
solution to this?

Tried booting my pc off a hdd out of my girlfriends laptop it decided to scan and repair. Got to 100% complete and has been stuck there for the last hour. The light is not blinking. Should I hard power off ? Will I lose files?

I restarted my Lenovo laptop the other day to its factory settings, and it's been stuck at 100% for Scanning and repairing drive (C since yesterday when I woke up. So it's basically been stuck for an entire 24+ hours at 100%. What do I do?
