    Hi all,

I've been getting this message upon bootup for sometime now. i thought it was going to be a one time dealio but, it has persisted. I've searched for the volume using the Run command and it comes back with "the volume mounted on folder \\?\Volume{6431679c-fae8-4af8-8c5b-4c6c1f114eae} is not formatted". All of the drive scans come back normal as well. i know there are some more in depth/thorough ways of running a drive scan. Such as using command prompt etc..I would just like some input on what this volume could possible be, and if it is something that may be harmful to my computer.

Unfortunately, i do not recall what,if anything, i had downloaded prior to my noticing of this issue.

    thanks in advance!
