    Scanning from Multifunction Printer


    Subsequent to a Microsoft update I think sometime during Q4 2024 my Brother MFC-L2700DW multifunction printer lost the ability to scan documents to my Dell laptop. Somehow, I was lucky enough to reach a live Tech Support agent who sent me an email with this link https://aka.ms/ios11 which was supposed to resolve the issue, but it didn't. Has anyone else experienced a loss of scanning to their laptop, and if so, is there any way to correct this problem? Thank you.
