Windows 10: SCANNING TO LAPTOP USING KYOCERA ECOSYS M6535cidn?

How to scan with KYOCERA ECOSYS M6535cidn printer into the laptop?


I successfully connected the multipurpose printer to my laptop both wirelessly and with cable; and are able to print colourful documents with it. When it comes to scanning documents, it is a bizarre.


The printer app on my computer ask me to type in an IPV4 address which I assume is the default one (0.0.0.0). The error message comes in and reports that the device can't be added, even if I replace it with the wifi IP address. It's all in vain. What's the glitch?

Have loaded all drivers etc, but when using Microsoft Scan says a problem prevented the scan

 

print on Kyocera KM- 2560 from new HP Windows 10

Please try the steps recommended below to uninstall printer software

Press Windows key + X, click Apps & Features or Programs and Features

Select your Kyocera printer.

Select Uninstall.

Press Windows key + R, type control, hit Enter

Open Devices and Printers.

In the Devices and Printers window look for your Kyocera Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”

Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.

Type printui.exe /s and click OK.

Click on Drivers tab.

Look for Kyocera Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.

Select OK.

Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.

Close Devices and Printers.

Proceed to reinstall the driver.
