Windows 10: SCEP Certificate enrollment initialization Error followed by random restart of PC

My PC is suddenly rebooting. It has happened while gaming, or while working. Seems to be pretty random.What I found common is that each time my PC suddenly restarts, in Event Viewer logs I find these 2 same log messages.Given the google drive links for the same. Pic 1, Pic 2I tried updating my Windows, tried several other online solutions, but nothing seems to work.Please help

I randomly get this error throughout the day. I updated my AMD software which fixed it for a week but now the errors are back. When this error happens, the computer hangs and restarts. I've checked the memory and CPU and there are no faults. It seems to be a bug with Windows 11 for AMD cards.

I don't know what the certificate is, this is a local PC and not part of a network/office.

Any help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

SCEP Certificate enrollment initialization EVENT ID: 86 SCEP stands for Simple Certificate Enrollment Protocol and is a certificate management protocol that helps IT administrators issue certificates automatically. This error code may occur if the client computer cannot find the correct IP address or if the Hosts file contains a static IP address. Go to Search and type %Hosts% and press Enter. See if there are any IP addresses or Domain names that don't belong. Attached is a normal Hosts file.
