Windows 10: SCEP Certificate enrollment initialization for local system in event viewer.

Im getting the same error that the SCEP certificate is not found. Apparently Microsoft failed to renew it for the developer build, since it apparently existed at one point in time and no longer exists. However the c;loud management looks useful.I will install my own SCEP CA in Azure using InTune using a trial and see if that resolves it and adds some endpoint protection services. Sort of overkill for one windows machine, but useful knowledge. I don't have admin rights on my other Microsoft accounts that would allow me to do this. There is extensive documentation, too much to read actually, but

This error code may occur if the client computer cannot find the correct IP address or if the Hosts file contains a static IP address. Go to Search and type %Hosts% and press Enter. See if there are any IP addresses or Domain names that don't belong. Attached is a normal Hosts file.
