Windows 10: Sceptre TV connects to my win10 PC, but not to my Win10 Dell laptop

Greetings all.As my subject states, I have a Windows PC and for a monitor I use a 40" Sceptre, model x405bv. I am able to connect this to my pc with no issue, however, when I attempt to connect it to my dell inpserion laptop, I get nothing. I am using a splitter between the two but even when I bypass this, I still get nothing to my monitor. When I look on my laptop I see that it does not recognize a second monitor at all. I've also tried switching out the hdmi cable with no luck there either. Lastly, I tried a friend of mine's laptop win 11 and had the same issue. Little lost at this p

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

Connection problem Miracast - TV Android

Hello everyone.

I have a problem getting a connection between a Laptop with my TV (SmartTV, Android System).

On the list of wireless screens, there is no TV. Reason, Win10 recognizes my TV as a cell phone. It is listed in the list, other devices.

How do I convince Win10 that my TV is a wireless screen.
