Windows 10: School account still manages personal laptop after I deleted them

Hi,I have a personal laptop that I use with my school account to be able to access my files. I tried to access a website and it told me that the website was blocked by the school, telling me there was 'adult content' even though this is an AUTHOR WEBSITE for YA readers. I disconnected my school account by following the steps go to access work and school, etc, but the error still pops up. I've restarted my laptop but I'm still getting this message. Any idea what I can do to get rid of the school on my device? Here is an image of the error which shows up on Bing and Google Chrome, both of w

Does school have authority over personal laptop because of Office?

I have a personal Microsoft account and a school account, the school account has full access to office 365, and my teachers have said that we are allowed to download office apps at home and use our school accounts to gain full access, however, after downloading office and logging in with my school account, when I go to Windows Update, it says at the top "*Some settings are managed by your organisation.". When I click on "View configured update policies" it then shows two policies about "Active hours" "Source: Administrator". I own this laptop personally and therefore my school should have no authority or management of it. Can the school manage my laptop or know what I am doing/ see what I have stored on my laptop in any way?

 

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
