Windows 10: School laptop background randomly black?

So randomly my school laptop has been having a black desktop background and I didn't change it to that. It kinda just happpened automatically? What could I do to change it?

• Did you get any error messages or error codes?

In the meantime, we suggest that you try to check if the "Show Windows Background" option is turned on. Follow the steps below:

• Open Settings in the Start menu.
• Go to Ease of Access, then on the left side, click
  Other options.
• Turn on Show Windows Background and check if it works.

Windows 10 background randomly turns black

For about a month now, desktop background on my Windows 10 has been randomly turning black.

I have no clue what why this happens and figured out that User Account Control window and enabling/disabling desktop icons (I use this quite often) almost always turn my background black. The background turns black randomly when I do absolutely nothing on my PC, sometimes when I'm changing settings and very rarely when I open any video game.

I'm able to get my background back easily by restarting explorer.exe in Task Manager, but I'd like a permanent solution.

I've had my current background for about 6 months now, so I don't think the new background isn't a problem.

 

Using Paint to Write Yellon on a Black Background

  Open Paint.
  
• 
  Under Home Tab, Click on Fill with color.
  
• 
  Select the black color, and now click on blank page below.
  
• 
  Now the background will be in black color.
  
• 
  Select Brushes under Home tab and select yellow color.
  
• 
  Then you will be able to write word and Figures in yellow color.
