Windows 10: SCR 3310 No longer appears to be working with windows 11

My SCR 3310 Smart card reader has stopped working after the Windows 11 24H2 update I installed in December. I have a Dell Inspiron 15 3525 and I am currently running the latest Identiv drivers. I tried memory core isolation and updating the BIOS without any effect. The Smart Card will work on other computers running Windows 10, as will the card reader, and all my USB ports work with other devices.Not sure if it is applicable but in device manager I get these error messagesFailed to get auth header with 0x8086000candUser Interaction Required whi

SCR 3310v2 Not reading

Has anyone found problems using Windows 10 with the SCR 3310 V2 Smart Card Reader? I recently did an update for Windows 10 and now am having problems using the Card Reader. In the Device manager it is showing and stating its operating correctly, however
when plugged in to the USB connector(s) there is not power to the smart card. I have checked the reader in another computer and it works fine. only in my laptop where I made Win 10 updates is it now not working. prior to the update it was working fine.
I tried to restore back to a previous date but no luck. Any suggestions fix this would be thankful.

 

Jump Lists No Longer Appear

After the uninstallation of some software yesterday, I no longer have jump lists in my taskbar icons. I right click on them, and there's no response whatsoever. Right click functionality on the taskbar itself and in all other places appears to be normal. I'm hoping there will be a relatively simple registry key I can edit or something. Anyone have some suggestions?

I would suggest you to try the following steps and check if that helps.

• Go to the folder C:\Windows\System32 and sort by file type.
• Look for the screensaver file type (.scr).
• Find the file scrnsave.scr(you can choose any of the screensavers).
• Right click and select send to>desktop (create shortcut). The shortcut on my attachment, but when i click on it my screen goes off and on and nothing else.
