  1. Screen and sleep is causing gpu problems

Hello. So I noticed that my framerate is limited to 118 / 119 after my Screen gone to sleep after 3 minutes due to energy saving settings. So how do I solve this problem and is it caused by Windows or my GPU? Restarting is solving the issue until the pc is sleeping again. I have a GTX 3070TI and I am using Windows 11.

    :)
