Windows 10: Screen apsect ration wrong

I played Skyrim on my MSI laptop which I've been playing without issue for years, but yesterday when I finished it seemed my entire monitor was zoomed in. My desktop, internet display, icons, other games, loading screens, word documents, everything was just slightly zoomed in. I checked the Magnifier feature and disabled it, didn't fix it. I googled around and checked my scaling and screen resolution, but the scaling is already at 100% and can't go lower, and the resolution's still at it's default, and none of the other resolutions I could change it to fixed it. Last Windows 10 update has changed the screen aspect ration.

Last Windows 10 update has changed the aspect ration on my screen. It is now a 4:3 ratio but stretched out to fill the 'normal' widescreen of my monitor (16:9??). How do I correct this and why does every Microsoft update cause something to go wrong. Doesn't
anybody test these updates before releasing them?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
