    Hello,I keep having the same issue ever since I updated to Windows 11. Currently I have the following version installedScreen becomes unresponsive and black box covers the center until I re-sign in or restart. :Description of the issue:Screen randomly goes black and the cursor becomes unresponsive. Wish I could screen record but it happens so randomly.No keyboard input works for like 10-15 seconds including Ctrl+Alt+Del.The screen comes back but sometimes it leaves a black box in the center that is always on top of all the other windows.I can move and see the cursor over the box. Cannot move any window over it.I have to sign out and sign in again to remove the box.The black box look

    Please provide more information to help you better:

    • Are you getting black screen before sign in or after sign in?
    • Have you made any changes to your computer prior to this issue?
    • Have you installed all the pending Windows updates?

    Black Screen after Sign In

    Getting the black screen after sign in. Tried the black screen virtual agent variations without success. Once I got a blue box with two options Restart and forget the other. That is as close as I got to seeing results and that came from the Shift Power
    combination Was not sure how long to hold down as that was not clear in the steps
