Windows 10: Screen Black blnking

Good afternoon, can someone help me find out why the screen of my laptop turns black while I use it.


It doesn't stay completely black it's more like blinking.


Normally I use the laptop for like 5 hrs and in that period of time the screen blinks like 10 times.
