    Screen blacks out on UAC


    We are having an issue where when we are doing things as administrators on a user's machine and the UAC pops up.. as soon as we hit CTRL + ALT + DEL the screen blacks out. The prompt to enter credentials sometimes pops up after some minutes, most of the time it never pops up and we end up having to force a reboot. We connect to the machines using ConnectWise control ScreenConnect, we have tried both on as a host and with no host. The issue happens pops up either way. I understand the screen is supposed to black out, however the issue is that the
