Windows 10: Screen blank but Services Running

I've got a Windows 11 Pro system running at a remote location that I use with Teamviewer. This recent time, the system was up for 4 days and then all of the sudden I couldn't use Teamviewer with it. The screen was black and no cursor.I went to the local keyboard/mouse/monitor and tried them. Nothing on the screen as well except the top left.All of the local services such as Blue Iris CCTV, Network pings work, etc. The system is still very much on and working but no video. It's unpredictable when it happens and the only way to recover is to restart the system

Windows booting to blank screen after safe mode

Click these keys whenever you see a black screen:
Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B > report what you see and hear

See if you can boot to the BIOS using the information in this link:

List the installed antivirus software.

Windows 10 Setup Stuck, Blank Services Screen

Trying to setup Windows 10 which came preinstalled on my new computer. Everything goes fine as Cortana moves through the different sections (Account, Network, etc.). And then it comes to Services and the Services screen is blank. Not black. Not just a
blue screen. A blank frame with all of the Cortana controls still around it and now way to skip or bypass this step. What can I do to fix this and actually use my computer? Any ideas?
