Windows 10: Screen blinking white after factory reset...?

So, uh, I decided to factory reset my computer yesterday because it wasn't working really well, and, when everything was finished and I got to see the desktop, there were only two icons on the desktop Recycle Bin and Microsoft Edge and nothing besides the keyboard change icon on the taskbar. On top of the missing icons, the screen seems to "refresh" every second; It gets white and then the desktop icons appear as blank files to then actually load, and the mouse pointer just has the loading icon too the whole time, except when the screen flashes white, which makes it so the mouse pointer no

Hello

Today i was on my pc then i pressed pc powe button i noticed that the screen blinked white then go off i

tried to open again the pc the screen didn't turned on only keep flashing white for couple of times then go off but the pc turned on normally i

removed the hdmi cable and pressed the monitor menu button but sometimes screen flashing and sometimes the whole screen go

white for a minute then off when i remove the adapter from the cable then connect again the screen flashing white then off the menu never appear the screen model is samsung S22c350h led

 

blinking screen while texting on white background

Hi guys i just noticed that whenever i text and the background is white, the screen usually blinks a little but noticeable,, for example here i will text this is white background i will see from here that my screen is blinking while im texting specially
when i'll touch the space bar.. Uhmm its not a major problem but i found it somewht annoying on my part because my friend has a nokia lumia 610 and i already tried what ive tried on my nokia lumia 900 and it seems that his phone has no problem regarding with
the littleness blinking screen.. Hmmm it is only 6days old phone.,

Fyi guys ive tried to adjust the brightness to low,medium and high. And switch to white screen background would i just reset the phone?? Does someone experiencing what im experiencing right now??
