Windows 10: Screen blocked after login with an error screen picture and error 2V7HGTVB displayed.

after login in Win11, I get a non-removable Screenpicture with the error message 2V7HGTVB mostlikely fake because of strange supportnumber displayed. Windows seems to have started properly in the background but no action possible because this screen is blocking access to the system behind! Windows recovery option did not work and either norton bootable malware removal software did not find anything. Any advise to get access to the obviously running system behind this damn blocking screen!ß Many thanks in advance.

Computer randomly has black screen and restarts

Taco this could be software also. Before you get all crazy, do as Erocker suggested. Find out the error in the Event Viewer. Look for the faulting module and the error code itself. Also check the reliability monitor. At the bottom it will have "View all Error Reports". Post a screen of whats in there if anything.

This could be a simple as a bad driver install.

ALSO have you downloaded or installed anything lately? STAY OUT OF THE DAMN BIOS UNTIL WE KNOW THE ERROR! lol. I know you. Baby steps boy, baby steps.

 

Lock vs Login screen screenshot

You can use your own image of any background and just go to settings/personalize/lock screen and click on browse as in the image below. It should make whatever picture you use as the Lock Screen

Check Way 3: Lock computer in Screen Saver Settings.
Step 1: Type lock computer in the search box on taskbar and choose Lock the computer when I leave it alone for a period of time.
Step 2: In the Screen Saver Settings dialog, choose On resume, display logon screen and hit OK.
Is “On resume, display log on screen” checked?
