Windows 10: Screen Brightness, Nightlight, and Sleep options are not working

    Screen Brightness, Nightlight, and Sleep options are not working


    Help,

    I was using my computer and suddenly I noticed that the screen was so bright. I tried to find where to reduce it but the bar down in the right hand corner of the screen is missing. So then I went to settings and turned on the night light to reduce blue light and it says it is on, but it is clearly not working. So when I could not figure it out I went to the windows icon to make it go to sleep, but I don't see that option anymore. Just Restart and Shut Down.

    I came to my computer this morning and it appeared to be asleep but I don't think it was. I heard the fan running and the screen was a dark blue. Can anyone please help me?

    Sleep function disappeared after Creators update also screen brightness buttons stopped working

    After creators update sleep function does not work, power options has no option for sleep.

    • In Start>Power sleep does not show, only Hibernate Shut down and Restart.
    • Cannot change screen brightness, buttons stopped working, Action center lost the screen brightness button, Windows Mobility center brightness control has no affect.

    My laptop screen brightness is always at Max even when I reduce it. And there is also no sleep option. I make use of windows 10. Please any suggestion
