Windows 10: Screen Brush in MacOS

In macOS there is app called screen brush mention anything in the screen for windows what is the similar apps

Does microsoft windows have any similar tool i want that similar tool please suggest something

ScreenBrush tool on MacOS allows its user to write anything they want on the screen of their computers. Windows does not have that kind of tool available for Windows Desktop and Laptop computers however there are some applications that will allow you to write
anything on your desktop screen so long as your device have touchscreen capabilities.

Application called Windows Pen allows its user to write anything on the desktop screen but will only work on some applications and will not support some applications.
