Windows 10: Screen casting a Windows 11 to a LG Oled

I'm trying to connect my Windows 11 desktop to my LG television to view a streaming service that doesn't have an app on the TV.I can set up the TV for screen sharing, connect to the TV via the Windows key + K. The TV comes up as an option, I selected and my desktopscreen appears. But when I open a browser to view the video it doesn't appear on the TV screen even though screen sharing is working.I am able to view these streaming services connecting a laptop to the television via an HDMI cable. But I cannot cast or screen share the samevideo stream from my Windows 11 PC.Any suggestions as to wha

Cast to lg tv win 11

Windows 11 dell xps 13 9310 casting to lg nano tv , my laptop cast to the lg tv then after 5 seconds disconnects, occasionally it will stay on all day and then start doing this, now I cannot connect at all for more than 5 secodns. Casting to the tv seems to turn off the tvs wifi connection. Both use the same 2.4 g connection, have re started routers, have unplugged tv, have removed wifi saved connections and re done them....nothing seems to fix this?

My other laptop will cast and uses windows 11 ok however my problem la[top also worked well for 2 days then started doing this.

All my laptops and tvs are pretty new ie less than 6 months old.

Windows 11 drops cast to LG TV constantly

Since so called upgrade to Windows 11 pressing Windows and K everytime I try to cast from Asus laptop to LG TV the cast drops out within a minute

Same devices on Windows 10 had zero problems casting so the problem is neither the TV nor the laptop.

Can anyone advise me please?

How can the quality go so far backwards with an upgrade?

I've tried a few options via a YouTube video to no success
