Windows 10: Screen changes after fullscreening

When opening some fullscrren applications my brightness / image sharpness suddenly changes and does not revert back until i reset the resolution back and forth, does anyone have any ideas about this?

Automatically moving a fullscreen window onto a new desktop

Hi Joel,

In Windows 10, there is an option to open an app in a fullscreen view. This way, it will be possible for you to make the fullscreen window move to a new desktop. Follow these steps to do so.

• Right click on the application.
• Select Properties.
• Click on the Shortcut tab.
• Beside the Run option, click on the drop-down menu and then choose Maximized.
  
• Click on Apply button and then click OK.

How to change the Screen Timeout settings

I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

  Right click on the desktop and click on Personalization.
  
• 
  Click on Lock screen
  
• 
  On the bottom of the screen click on Screen Timeout.
  
• 
  Under screen select the Time period accordingly.
