    Hi,


    I've had this issue with my Surface Pro 4. The screen seems to change color whilst watching video, such as on Youtube. It seems that white and blue/green colors are most affected. The color change is most noticeable when in fullscreen. In Youtube, the issue can be seen when the timeline/video navigation bar is "on" and when it's hidden. In Netflix, there's no clear indication what causes the color shift between green to blue and back to green to blue and so forth.

    Now, I also have an issue with the touch screen not working properly from time to time, and that is due to get fixed in a months or two time, but now that this issue has made it self noticeable before the repair scheduled, I'd like to try and enjoy my time with the device.


    Does anyone else have the same issue?


    I've changed the contrast adjustment in the registery, I've calibrated the colors on the screen, booted to safe-mode and deleted/reinstalled the monitor drivers but nothing seems to help. Any suggestions?

    Hi, thank you. I could restart my surface pro 4 but still could not fix the Surface Pro 4 screen not turn on after sleep. I am still looking forward to hearing more suggestions to fix the black screen after sleep.

    Fingerprint reader missing from log-in screen on Surface Pro 4

    Hi Van,

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community, we appreciate your interest in Windows 10.

    I understand your concern about fingerprint reader on the your device, do le us know the following to assist you better with this issue:

    • Have you made any changes to the device(Hardware/ Software) prior to this issue?
    • Have you connected any other external devices to your Surface Pro 4?
    • Are you using PIN on the logon screen to log-in to your device?

    I suggest you to refer to the below post and check if your issue matches with the same. If so, try the troubleshooting steps mentioned by
    RobertBrindle on November 10, 2015 and check if it helps to resolve the issue.
