Windows 10: Screen corruption after using with other device

My laptop is visually corrupted beyond use and I'm unable to factory re set it due to being told I need to delete files, but I can't see anything on my computer well enough to delete stuff so idk what to do

...what do you mean by "screen corrupts"?. in any case, its a BAD thing, and I suggest you undo whatever overclock you have. you're doing nothing but hurting your VGA card by keeping it up higher then its supposed to be. bring your clocks down...WAY down, and then work you're way up slowly until you find the max stable MANUALLY. ATITool may be awesome, but if you're having problems with "screen corruption", then this card is an exception.
