Windows 10: Screen crop issue

Hi,Can anyone help me to understand and get rid of this issue.Some times my desktop screen got cropped not exactly cropped, but 20% smaller from the right. I if I maximize all my windows Firefox, Chrome or Explorer. Basically right edge of the screen squared from the right and strangely resolution of the screen remain the same which is 1920x1080 also desktop wallpaper is also shown properly. But I can not hit the right edge of the screen for any of the window.This happens when I wake my system after sleep also sometimes when I sign in when locked.I have to restart it the PC to make this work

Usually when you preview a picture that was captured from camera app, it should open in the photos app where you can edit/crop it. I would suggest you to try editing/cropping the photos in
Photos app.
As you mentioned that issue occurred after the update, I would suggest follow the steps provided below and check if that helps:



Method 1: Please follow the steps provided in the article: Fix problems with apps
from Microsoft Store.



Method 2: Reinstall the app using PowerShell.

1. Open PowerShell and run it as admin. To open PowerShell, right click on the start button and then on Windows PowerShell (Admin).
   
2. Then type: Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsCamera | Remove-AppxPackage.
   
   
3. Reboot your computer.
   
4. Open PowerShell again and then type: Reinstalling apps:
   Get-AppXPackage -allusers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Crop tool Photos App not working

To help us isolate this further, kindly provide us the following information.

• What changes have you made prior to this issue?
• To which program are you exactly using the crop tool? Photos App or Office 2016?
• You mentioned crop tool is not working properly when Photos App is used. Have you tried to close it, and check if the issue persists?

If you are only experiencing the issue with Office 2016, kindly run the repair Office application by referring to the steps listed on this

However, if you are encountering it with Photos App only, we suggest that you run the troubleshooter for Windows apps through this

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
