Windows 10: Screen Darker when i use split screen how to solve this please?

when i use split screen the window become darker and other window not dark. my laptop is asus vivobook 15 oled

When I go to a split screen view in Windows 10, one of the screens will stop working and/or not respond. For example, if I have a video playing and split screens, the video will stop running but the sound will continue. Another example is that I will
try to use a newly opened screen in split view and the page will not respond. Any suggestions or help?

 

5 min delay on cold start between login screen and bg screen

One more thing to be considered; black screen 5 minutes after signing in only occurs with my admin sign in account; my wife signs in in a split second with her non admin account. So admin sign in account should be limited to solve this.
