Windows 10: screen disappear when i move my mouse to click on the smaller screen

picture this. there is two screen, one is full screen and the other is a small screen in the middle of the full screen so every time my mouse is move to click the small screen it get minimize. now since the small screen is minimize, option 1) i go to taskbar to bring it up but even if i did, i move my mouse out of taskbar the small screen get minimize and this is where. Option 2) i have to minimize the full screen to get to the small screen. for the small screen to work, Option 3) i have to move the small screen above the taskbar for it not to disappear on me, the small screen have to be rite on top of the icon in the taskbar. i would like to fix this, i see other people screen and they are not like this, same scenario with two screen small and full, when they move there mouse the small screen is still there, able to be click without being minimize when mouse is move away from taskbar.

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

 

Issues with the On screen keyboard and mouse pointer.

The issues with the mouse may arise due to driver conflicts and the issue related to the On Screen keyboard may be when the settings for the OSK are turned on.

For the On screen keyboard issue, I suggest you to follow the below steps.

  Type Ease of Access on the search bar.
  
• 
  Choose Ease of Access and click on
  Use the Computer without a mouse or keyboard option.
  
• 
  Check if the Type using a pointing device is turned on.
  
• 
  You may uncheck that option if it is turned on.
  

Also try the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + R and type
  Services.msc.
  
• 
  Scroll down to find the "Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service".
  
• 
  Disable the option by right clicking on it.
  

For the Mouse issue:

I suggest you to run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.

1. Type troubleshooting in the search bar.

2. Select Troubleshooting.

3. Select View all on the top left corner.

4. Click on Hardware
and Devices.

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.

6. Check if issue persists.

Black screen with mouse?

i seem to be getting this alot lately. how do i solve it?

windows boots, welcomes, then i get black screen with mouse and nothing else. mouse works, its not frozen. it will sit at that screen for hours.
