Windows 10: Screen display freezes

My system freezes the screen display at random times, but the mouse can move and if there is a video etc. currently open on the screen, the sound continues but I can't do anything. The mouse moves but doesn't click, the screen freezes. The problem doesn't go away unless I turn it off by pressing the power button.The computer is a gaming system I built myself. Ryzen 5 7600 Asus a620m plus wifi Corsair 16gb Ddr5 5200Mhz cl40 Ram Gigabyte Windforce OC RTX 4060 512gb m.2 wd bluewindows 256gb m.2 samsungMy bios version is up to date Drivers are up to date

It is important that you have the correct screen display and resolution. We suggest that you perform the following steps to reset the monitor settings:

• Boot your computer in
  safe mode.
• Once in safe mode, right-click the desktop > Screen Resolution.
• Change the display settings back to the original configuration.
• Restart your computer.

Freeze on early display win 10

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps:

If you see the black screen or have a flickering screen follow the steps given below:

• Try connecting to different video outputs on the PC. Sometimes a change in driver can cause the video to be sent:
  

• To a different Adapter: from integrated graphics to a discrete card or vice versa.
  
• To a different output: from HDMI to DVI, DisplayPort to VGA, or any other combination.
  

• Try to boot into Safe Mode with Networking or Enable low-resolution video.

• Advanced boot options, Safe　Mode with Networking, or Low Resolution Video
• Check Device Manager and look　for Display Adapters

• If you see 2 items under Display Adapters, disable to integrated video card (e.g. Intel HD 4000 or AMD Radeon HD 4200) and restart. (try vice versa if it does not work) 　　
  
• If you see 1item under Display Adapters, rollback the driver or uninstall the display　adapter in Device Manager, and enable the option to delete driver software.
  

Check the PC or display adapter manufacturer’s site for an updated driver.

Display driver issue and freezing screen

I'm using Opera. I doubt it's that. I guess it has to be some of the hardware components. After I edited regedit and made "TdrLevel" and set it as "0" no more display error notifications (maybe cuz of that?), just freeze screen, which is random, last night I played for more than 2-3 hours with no freezes. Even log after freezes keeps giving me Critical about Kernel Power and kernel power processor. Logical conclusion might be it's psu, but idk.
