Windows 10: screen divided b 9 thin lines

hey guys,

one of our screens is divided by 9 lines and i do not know how to fix this.

Any ideas?

Windows 10, screen display

I do not know how to send a screen shot... I am a senior citizen that considers myself lucky to turn the darn thing on. It is a series of grey lines dividing the screen into 9 equal spaces.

yes they are thin and divided to paired lines with homogeneous spaces between each pair of lines..

but my question is:

IS THAT NORMAL
OR NOT ??& IF IT isn't a NORMAL CASE
SHOULD I RETURN THE PHONE TO THE NOKIACARECENTER ??

Do you have a screenshot?

 

Is this a laptop or desktop screen? If a desktop, how do you connect the screen to the computer? VGA, DVI, or HDMI? If a desktop, are you plugging the monitor into the onboard VGA slot, or do you have a separate video card lower in the case? You say, of our screens, do you mean to say that you have a Dual monitor setup? or just one monitor in the computer? If a desktop computer, can you test the monitor on another computer? Check the connections from the monitor to the computer, make sure there are no bent pins. Try a different cable.
If this is a laptop screen the video chip, which is soldered onto the motherboard may need to be Reflowed, and expensive repair.
