Windows 10: Screen duplicating function

I have a Windows 10 HP laptop and a Sony Android TV. They have all the latest drivers.

The problem is my TV keeps disconnecting from the wireless network when I connect it to my laptop for a second display.


The TV disconnects only when I use screen duplicating function – all other functions work perfectly well.

Is there any fix?

• Are you using an application whenever you see a duplicate screen?
• Are you seeing the duplicate screen while you're using Microsoft Edge?
• Have you made any recent changes to your computer prior to this issue?

For us research further, we'd like to see this small duplicate screen. Please post a screenshot in your reply by following the steps

here. We also recommend that you perform a
clean boot to find out if this behavior is caused by a third party program. This will load Windows with minimal drivers and programs, preventing software conflicts from occurring.

Cannot Duplicate Display / Screen

I am a Surgeon. During years I have been using 2 displays duplicating the screens to show details of the operations to my patients. Recently, after a Windows 10 update I cannot any longer duplicate the Displays / Screens.

I have searched online for the solutions and everywhere it says about drivers. I have update all drivers, I have used the intel updating driver tool, I have followed all the steps suggested by Microsoft, and I cannot duplicate the displays / screens yet.

I will appreciate a Step by Step guided solution. 2 displays / screens are essential for my job as a Surgeon.
