Windows 10: Screen flashes black for 2 seconds and any program that is currently being used crashes.

I've noticed for a while now but whenever I play a game of any sort, or open up any slightly demanding application, my laptop tends to flash black for 2 seconds before any application I use turns white, and either crashes, ceases function, or can only be heard through the speakers. The laptop I am currently using is the MSI GE-76 Raider 11ue-046 and the specs are as written rocessor : 11th Gen IntelR CoreTM i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHzRAM : 16.0 GBSystem : 64-bit operating system, x64-based processorGPU : NVIDIA GeForce 360 RTXMotherboard Model : MS17-K3I'm not that good with tech stuf

Please answer these questions to assist you better.

• Have you installed all pending Windows updates?
• Do you get any error message?
• What is the make and model of your computer?

I suggest you to install all pending Windows updates and check as driver updates are also part of Windows updates.

Updates are additions to software that can help prevent or fix problems, improve how your computer works, or enhance your computing experience.

Also uninstall and reinstall Display drivers from manufacturer website and check. Refer the steps below.

  Device Manager.

Black Screen Flashing

Could you please help me with the below information:

1. What is the make and model of the PC?
   
2. Do you get the black screen when restarting the computer or when using the computer?
   
3. As you mentioned it occurs for 1-2 seconds, do you get the black pop up or the entire screen goes black?
   
4. Are you aware of any changes happened on the computer prior to the issue?
   
5. Which version of Windows you are using? (To check, type:winver in start menu and hit enter.)
   

I appreciate the time you have taken to resolve this issue. There can be many reasons for booting to a black screen.
These screens may appear with or without the mouse pointer.
The main causes are Problems with the driver for your display adapter or incompatible application. As you have already updated the drivers, I would suggest you to follow the other steps mentioned in the article on
