Windows 10: Screen Flashing Colours RGBWB

So recently i have factory restarted my boot drive, and now i have been receiving this Red, Green, Blue, White and Black flashing screen whenever i open CS-GO and only that game, i have look at different forum post/videos say it conflict of external devices and i have unplugged everything expect the basic keyboard and mouse and still the issues is present. i have gone as far as reinstalling the GPU Driver, validating files. im out of ideas

I suggest you to install all pending Windows updates and check as driver updates are also part of Windows updates.

Also uninstall and reinstall Display drivers from manufacturer website and check. Refer the steps below.
