Windows 10: Screen Flicker

Lately my laptop (Inspiron 15, Windows 10) Have been having a screen flicker where it flickers black. This has been going for roughly a week now, and just today it had a bad flicker, where it made my whole laptop have the black screen of death, and reset the pin I had. When putting in my pin, it couldn't recognized it. I've googled it and found that either:
1) Broken screen (I haven't been moving my laptop and it stayed on my desk)
2) Some application I downloaded is messing things up.

The latest application I downloaded was Bluestacks and a thing called Waltr (Basically an iTunes). But, I deleted and uninstalled Waltr, but bluestacks stayed. Is it maybe bluestacks that have been messing with my laptop? Or maybe some malware in some other section? I haven't used BS yet but the problem happened a few days after downloading it. Is there a way to see whenever an application is causing the problem?

I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.

I understand your query. I suggest you to follow the steps to get out of safe mode.

• 
  Press Windows key + R
  
• 
  Type msconfig
  
• 
  In msconfig > Boot tab >
  Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.
