Windows 10: Screen Flickering After Latest Windows Update – Need Help!

Hi everyone, after installing the latest Windows update, my screen started flickering randomly. It mostly happens when I open apps or move windows around.I’ve already tried:Updating my graphics drivers Nvidia / AMD / Intel .Changing the refresh rate.Disabling hardware acceleration in apps.But the issue is still there. Has anyone else faced this? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

  Press Windows key + R
  
• 
  Type msconfig
  
• 
  In msconfig > Boot tab >
  Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.

Screen flickering in Windows 10 safe mode

I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.
