Windows 10: Screen Flickering after windows update

My screen has started flickering randomly on some apps after the update, especially on the browser. I use brave as my primary browser and i have disabled graphics acceleration but the problem still persists. The only instance where it doesnt flicker is when task manager is open. I am not able to rollback the update either. i have recorded the flickering for your reference Reference video,is there any solution to this?

I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.

I understand your query. I suggest you to follow the steps to get out of safe mode.

• 
  Press Windows key + R
  
• 
  Type msconfig
  
• 
  In msconfig > Boot tab >
  Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.
