    Screen flickering black/reloading, settings won’t open and taskbar is absent


    Yesterday I was playing around and downloading a new application that rest assured was safe don’t worry I’m not stupid, however now my screen continues to reload and turn black, my taskbar comes and goes during, aswell as the search bar not working, settings not working, and startup or the little windows button next to the search bar not working.I have tried a few possible solutions however these are yet to work, here they are listed below;- DISM through cmd- SFC through cmd- computer reset- restoring files to earlier restores- CHKDSK through cmd- turning it on and off again hehe-
