    So, I have a pretty consistently buggy computer. It's a dell G16 7630, which I outfitted with some of my own hardware, upgrading the RAM and adding another SSD. However, the bugs on my computer have never been major enough to disrupt my experience, until about 5 months agoIIRC. Now, after every windows update, my computer screen begins to flicker and flash, like an actual stock-image-esque computer freakout. The order of events is usually as follows:First, I notice the update notification on the windows power button icon in the start menu, the dreaded little orange dotI put off the update as

    As you are facing issues with flickering screen, do let us know the following to assist you better:

    • How often you see black/ flickering screen on your device?
    • What is the make and model of your device?
    • Is the issue of maximizing the screen confined to any particular game?
    • Were you able to see any error code with this issue?

    I would like to inform that screen flickering in Windows 10 is usually caused by incompatible apps or display drivers.

    I suggest you to refer to the troubleshooting steps like Check to see if
    Task Manager flickers, Uninstall an incompatible app,

    I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.
