Windows 10: Screen flickering on Windows 11

When I turn my HP laptop on with Windows 11 the screen flickers. I connect it via HDMI to the tv and it looks fine on the tv. I go through and roll back the driver it is originally on IntelR UHD Graphics and then rolls back to Microsoft Basic Display Adaptor and the screen stops flickering. But then it won’t connect to the TV so I have to update driver which it does quickly and updates back to IntelR UHD Graphics. Once updated there is no screen flickering and it connects to the tv fine. But every time I turn off the laptop and then turn it on again I have to go through this process. Is

I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.

Screen flickering in safe mode help!

I understand your query. I suggest you to follow the steps to get out of safe mode.

• 
  Press Windows key + R
  
• 
  Type msconfig
  
• 
  In msconfig > Boot tab >
  Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.
