Windows 10: Screen flickering on Windows 11

Discus and support Screen flickering on Windows 11 in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; When I turn my HP laptop on with Windows 11 the screen flickers.     Screen flickering on Windows 11


    When I turn my HP laptop on with Windows 11 the screen flickers. I connect it via HDMI to the tv and it looks fine on the tv. I go through and roll back the driver it is originally on IntelR UHD Graphics and then rolls back to Microsoft Basic Display Adaptor and the screen stops flickering. But then it won’t connect to the TV so I have to update driver which it does quickly and updates back to IntelR UHD Graphics. Once updated there is no screen flickering and it connects to the tv fine. But every time I turn off the laptop and then turn it on again I have to go through this process. Is
