    I have a problem which seems to have come up out of nowhere, where isolated parts of the screen flicker or tear/move. This usually happens when writing in whatever application, and indeed, as I am writing this where the textbox shifts to the right. It doesn't affect writing. It just moves the line across the screen. Another example is the Windows taskbar, which flickers and glitches and often seems triggered by typing. It also happens sometimes when a video is playing, and I'm not typing. It may make the entire screen shift right for a moment. It seems to attach itself to random parts of the s

    I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.

    I understand your query. I suggest you to follow the steps to get out of safe mode.


    • Press Windows key + R

    • Type msconfig

    • In msconfig > Boot tab >
      Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.
