Windows 10: Screen Flickering Up

For a while now, my computer's screen has been constantly flickering upward. I've tried restarting it and updating my computer, but nothing has come of it. I checked if it happened on every application I had, and it did. If it's important, my display adaptor is IntelR IrisR Graphics 540. It usually happens everywhere on the screen. Sometimes, part of the top of my screen will flicker only on the bottom of the screen. Both types of flickering have never happened at once.

I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.

Screen flickering in safe mode help!

I understand your query. I suggest you to follow the steps to get out of safe mode.

• 
  Press Windows key + R
  
• 
  Type msconfig
  
• 
  In msconfig > Boot tab >
  Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.
