Windows 10: Screen Flickering when CPU gets too high and games lag randomly not always at low cpu usage.

It was fine until around December, I've had my PC for 2 years now without the issue. Games that I've usually played without lag started lagging or a SLIGHT framedrop only sometimes, not everytime. Then at high-ish CPU usage like around 50% it starts to flicker a bit, and as it goes higher, it flickers more. Here are the things I tried:1. Switched HDMI Cable2. Switched monitors3. Re-adjusted the RAM 4. Switched both monitor and HDMI cable5. Update GPU, Display drivers, and graphics card6. Update windows7. System Reset Only apps, not full wipe-out8. Cleaned the PC with airNone of these seem

High power usage when play steam games

Yesterday i play Forza horizon 4 with medium graphics, now today,

all my Steam games is horrible lag with super low fps, and randomly freezing the games,

so annoying, My Windows have very high usage Gpu, Cpu, and power, can someone help me solve the lag problem

After downloading windows 10, anytime I run any programs, I get high CPU usage. It does not matter whether it is google chrome, task manager, playing games, whatever. Anything seems to spike the CPU usage. I have already run malwarbytes and my antivirus
programs and find no viruses. Any suggestions? Thanks.

 

Windows 11 High CPU Usage (lag in games)

Well, the long sought high cpu usage solution for me seems to be sending analytics data to microsoft for some reason.

I'm yet to test it out over a period of time. But first game went with little to no lag.

I turned on user analytic data hoping to nab hackers... despite my cp having high cp usage from the moment i bought it... anyway.. boom... dropped to like 20%...

when running my game it still shows 100% . but the first game like I said went well with only instance of a skip
