Windows 10: Screen flickering when try to boot windows

My laptop was running normally , i don t remember very well but after i checked some updates on deiver bootster app , i ve did the update of video card and that s where the problems started. I don t remember what i did that night very well but now when i turn it on ,black screen appears ,and after 2 seconds gray screen appears and did this in a loop. Now i m trying to reinstall the windows and it s do the same thing.After this:It shows me this that i told you above

Windows 10 update wont boot ,screen just flickers

Screen flickering in Windows 10 safe mode

I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.
