Windows 10: Screen Flickering

Hello , I am currently on a pc with the inegrated gpu intel Q45/Q43 express chipset WDDM 1.1it suddenly stops and just keeps flickering untill it shuts down this happens at some applications like when opening certain games on Browser or opening some light games that worked fine before without issuesI tried updating the driver and many more solutions and none workI know that my pc HP Compaq Dc7900 is so old literally got it in 2012 lol but I can't afford another one now so any solutions ?

I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.

I understand your query. I suggest you to follow the steps to get out of safe mode.

• 
  Press Windows key + R
  
• 
  Type msconfig
  
• 
  In msconfig > Boot tab >
  Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.
