Windows 10: Screen flickers on and off with black screen

i just bought an aspire 5 acer notebook. its 2 month old. but whenever i turn it on, the screen starts to flicker and turns black. whenever i move the cursor it flickers on and off into black screen.. until i reach the start up button and restart it. after that, the display becomes okay. what might causes it? and what should i do?* Moved from Teams

For all those people who face this error please find below the easiest solution for this error.

1. First of all click on the Catalyst Control Center.
   
2. Now click on ‘3D Application Settings’.
   
3. All you have to do is change the ‘Wait for Vertical Refresh’ option to ‘On, unless application specifies’.
