  1. Screen flickers only in Windows?

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad E595. Installed are kubuntu and Windows 10. The screen has been flickering for a while. It seems like a loose connection, which it probably is. It just makes no sense that it only flickers in Windows and not in Linux. If you press your hand up under the screen, it doesn't flicker. I have already changed the monitor Hz from 60Hz to 48Hz, but no change. I have connected to a monitor with HDMI and there it does not flicker! The monitor must have something. Does anyone know why it only flickers in Windows?

    :)
