Windows 10: Screen freeze/stuck at the acer screen and at the windows screen.

Hello, I've been using an Acer Aspire 7 Intel Core i5 12th Gen 12450H - 16 GB/512 GB SSD/Windows 11 Home/4 GB Graphics/NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050/144 Hz, Model A715-76G-548J, 15.6 Inch, Charcoal Black, 2.1 Kg gaming laptop for a while. Yesterday, it suddenly froze while I was extracting a fileA game from fitgirl. I tried to power it off by long-pressing the power button, and it turned off. However, when I turned it back on, it got stuck at the Acer loading screen. I tried turning it off and on 3-4 times, and luckily, I was able to reset the PC before it froze again.After resetting, I set up t

Screen freeze

'screen freeze' is a very vague term.

Can you describe the issue with more detail?

ex: the image on screen freezes, but i can hit the power button and windows shuts down normally, and i can hear sounds in the background.

 

Friends computer freezing at windows loading screen

Ok my friend is having problems with his computer right now. Basically it crashed on the windows loading screen. This is what he told me on MSN.

Now i'm not too sure what the problem is. I suggested doing a repair install with the xp disk (i'll be giving him that tomorrow) but in the mean time do any of you have any ideas?

 

Windows 10 stuck at black screen


hi, i tried upgrading my windows 7, but failed 5 times.
step 1 on copying files are 100%
step 2 installing features n updates are 100%
step 3 FAILED, it stuck on black screen and freeze, nothing i can do besides force restart and its restored to my windows 7 back.

any idea how to solve this? it's always stuck at 75% step 2 and when go to step 3 is freeze ( 5 times in row, i'm thinking give up or buy new laptop with windows 10*Biggrin*Biggrin*Biggrin)

p.s i'm currently downloading ISO file to blank DVD hopefully it's works
