Windows 10: Screen freezes but I can move my mouse

Recently, I got a new pc, its quite high end, rtx 4070 with a 13th gen intel i7 on windows 11. I have such a high end pc to play games, so I was playing Valorant and I switched tabs over to discord and then my whole screen froze, but I was able to move my mouse. The screen looked like it was half way swapped between the Valorant tab and the discord tab, like where it highlights what tab you're on by extending the little bar under the icon, both of those little bars were half way . This has happened multiple times, usually happens like once a day. To resolve this I usually restart my pc using t

There are multiple possibilities why a Bluetooth mouse could act up. To assist you with your concern, you can try these following steps:

Method 1:

Check if the Bluetooth mouse and its Bluetooth adapter are working properly.

• Try installing fresh new batteries.
• Try to unplug the Bluetooth adapter of your mouse and plug it back in.
• Try connecting the Bluetooth adapter of your mouse to a different USB port.
• Try to remove objects that can interfere with the signal of your Bluetooth adapter and mouse.

Method 2:

Check if you have installed all the updates on your computer. There are chances that you might get Bluetooth drivers through update:

• Go to the Start screen.
• Type Windows update and click on it from the list of results.
• Click on Check for updates on the left pane in the new window.
