Windows 10: Screen Freezes on CoD:Warzone. Everything else still works?

So essentially, as soon as i start the game the frame on screen will freeze, but everything else will continue to progress in the game including sound and the mouse, to go over where the menu options would be. Now here's the kicker, if i hit the windows button and minimize, reopen the game will refresh back to the most recent spot and function perfectly for 4-5 seconds before the screen stops and the sound and mouse still work and can move. In-Game i can even shoot walk run crawl everything just with my screen stuck on one frame. i've updated my RX 580 drivers to Adrenalin 2020, scanned the game twice and reinstalled it twice, tweaked settings to no avail... PLEASE HELP!

Cannot play Cod Warzone with DirectX 12 ??

I cannot play Cod Warzone, it is show that "The game couldn't start because your operating system does not support DirectX 12".

How can I fix this issue ??

I would recommend you to go to the COD 4 website and check if your system meet the system requirement to play the game.

For now, I would suggest you to update the Display driver from Device Manager manually and check if this helps. Try the below steps:

• 
  Press (Windows key + X) and click on “Device Manager”.
  
• 
  Expand “Display Adaptor”.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver and select
  update.
  
• 
  Once update is done, restart the computer.
