Windows 10: Screen Freezes, PC locks up. UPDATE: LiveKernelEvent 1cc

Hello,I've been having issues with by PC since roughly November of last year. I've replaced the PSU, GPU, and most recently the Motherboard while troubleshooting.Symptoms: - Screens Freeze, Peripheral input stops working, Sound continues to play through headset/speakers, Case LEDs reset to default colors after about 10 seconds.- I use my pc for gaming and so this has generally occurred while gaming. Not specific to one game in particular.- Have to hold power button or press reset button to restart PC. Troubleshooting: occurred over several months- Memory test - sat- Clean install o

I really hope someone can help me as i am lost about what to do!

Win 10 Home edition.
Problem: Apps start to freeze. Seems to happen randomly. But, once it happens, you can Ctrl, ALt Delete get the menu, but Task Manager will not open and i have to simply power off.

When i look on the Security and Maintenance function in the control panel, it shows different programs stopping working. But again there is no pattern.

Other than this, i have the issue, that i presume is connected, where certain programs will simply not boot up, including MS Edge and newly downloaded Brave browser.
Have searched the web and found nothing for a code 1cc problem.

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

 

Lock Screen Image Issue

I would suggest you to set the default pictures as the Lock Screen picture from the PC and check if it works or not.

Follow the steps below:

• In start type "settings" and press enter.
• Select Personalize
• From the left click on "Lock screen"
• Select the default picture and conform by preview.
